SHIPPING & PICK UP

Our production days are Monday - Friday.

​

Boutique items will be ready for shipment / pick up 2 business days from when the payment is received.

​

For any purchases from our "tees" shop, please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be ready for shipment / pick up. All tees are custom made to order.

​

If you have any questions about the timeliness of your order, feel free to send us a message. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept unworn boutique returns within 15 calendar days of shipment date. 

​

Refunds will be issued as a store credit minus a 15% restocking fee. 

​

Clothing returns must be unworn, with tags still attached to be valid. 

​

No refunds available for jewelry, accessories, seasonal, custom or clearance items. 

​

Orders from our "tee shop" are made to order and not refundable. 

​

Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is covered by the customer. Please include a copy of receipt or a note with name and email address used for the order. 

​

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If you feel something is defective please contact us within 3 business days so we can get you taken care of.
